1. Service and scope
Sorlunio is for adults organizing their own wardrobe. It helps you set up a reversible trial of putting selected clothes aside, record actual take-backs and gaps in observation, and make your own decision about each piece. It is a personal organization tool, not a trading marketplace, a storage provider, or an automated disposal service.
You can use core features without creating a Sorlunio product account. Features and these terms should be read together with the actual application.
2. Your observations and decisions
You choose the clothes, trial duration, exceptions, observations, and final decisions. A missing entry does not prove that you did not need an item. Travel, season, changes in routine, and unrecorded periods may limit a trial. You may stop early or extend it, and your record should show that change.
A planned storage or removal action is not confirmation that it happened. Check your real clothes before recording a completed action. The service is not intended to value, diagnose, authenticate, or decide what you must discard, donate, or sell. No savings, environmental result, or personal benefit is guaranteed.
3. Acceptable use and permissions
Use the service lawfully, on clothes and materials you are entitled to record. Do not include another person’s voice or identifying image without an appropriate basis and their permission where required. Do not use the service to harass others, infringe rights, or distribute unlawful material.
Camera, photo, and microphone access is requested when you choose the corresponding action. Written records remain an alternative. Declining a permission must not prevent you from completing a basic trial. Notifications, if offered, are optional reminders and do not establish that an observation or physical action occurred.
4. Your content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the descriptions, photographs, recordings, and other material you add. You authorize only the processing necessary for the functions you choose, such as saving, playing, displaying, and exporting that content. No ownership transfer or permission to publish your wardrobe is granted.
Original exercise content, software, and branding remain protected by their applicable rights. Practice guides are for your personal use; they do not authorize resale of a course or copying another person’s materials. Sorlunio does not claim affiliation with Whering, Project 333, or their creators.
5. Free and optional paid features
Basic trials, recording, reviews, deletion, and basic exports are free. Your first optional original exercise or editable review guide unlock is free. Later optional content can be unlocked with coins available through Apple in-app purchases. The app shows the coin amount and a local reference price before purchase; the App Store purchase sheet controls the actual charge.
Coins and practice guides do not buy clothing, represent a garment exchange allowance, convert to cash, or decide what you must keep or discard. Consumable coin purchases are credited only after a validated transaction. Except where law or Apple policy requires otherwise, spent coins and unlocked digital content are not refundable through Sorlunio.
6. Privacy, exports and deletion
The handling of your content and permissions is set out in the Privacy Policy. Content stays in app storage unless you choose to export, share, or back it up. An export may contain private photos or recordings; review the selection and recipient first.
You can delete individual content, a trial, or all app content available through the clear-content controls. Deleting an app record does not recall copies already saved in Photos, Files, backups, or a recipient’s device. Keep the copies you need before deleting data or removing the application.
7. Changes, access and limitations
You may stop using the service at any time. Device loss, removal of the app, storage failure, or a changed operating system may affect on-device data. Availability and device compatibility depend on the released build. Export a backup when you need a copy outside the app.
Before a material change affects published functionality or data handling, we will provide an appropriate explanation and any required choices. A later policy cannot retroactively authorize an undisclosed use of existing private content.
8. Responsibility and applicable rights
You are responsible for checking your entries and making real-world clothing decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer and dispute arrangements follow the laws of your place of residence where required.
9. Operator and contact
Operator: Sorlunio. Product support and privacy questions may be submitted through the Sorlunio Support website feedback form.
Review both this document and the Privacy Policy together with the application.
